Various news reports revealed that Intel will showcase it’s high end Kaby Lake processor for gaming notebooks as well as desktop processors for the upcoming new Intel 200 series motherboards. Nvidia is also ready to announce its entry-level GeForce GTX 1050 GPU for notebooks at the show.
The 3 major manufacturers of motherboards namely, ASUSTEK, Gigabyte and MSI will also be there to showcase the latest Intel based motherboards. At the same time, gaming notebooks will also feature the nVIDIA GPUs will be showcased.
The show isn’t complete without AMD. AMD will probably launch it’s AMD ZEN processors at the show. Various reports have shown that the AMD ZEN processors are very affordable and will challenge the Intel processors at a superb price performance ratio.
We anticipate a price war to erupt in early 2017 for the desktop PC market while the gaming notebook market is more or less stable in pricing.
