Those who chose to upgrade will pay $1 for the first two months and $5 thereafter.
It is uncertain that circleslife will eventually upgrade all flexi $0 users to this new plan.
With the impending commercial launch of tpg and profits declining for all telcos, there is a high chance that prices will increase in year 2020.
