After the launch of iPhone 5, the next big thing that will be unveiled is the mini version of the iPad. According to AllThingD, this is going to happen on Oct 23 at an Invitation only event.
This supposedly smaller iPad would probably face challenges from Microsoft Windows 8 Surface tablet which will launch 3 days later on Oct 26.
