It has long been rumoured that AMD will take the opportunity to announce the Ryzen 3000 series and Navi graphics at Computex Taipei 2019.
Well, it looks like AMD has brought forward and confirmed this rumour by sharing some details at it’s annual shareholder event held on 15 May 2019.
It is said that the 3rd Generation Ryzen will have better IPC and delivers more cores rumoured 12 core / 24 threads based on 7nm manufacturing process. It is based on AM4 and will run on existing older chipset.
As for the NAVI, will it be able to take on NVIDIA on price/performance remains to be seen.
